Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts ends trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp. oil avocado or olive
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp. salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce or Tamari, gluten-free
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • ½ - 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce depending on desired spice level
  • Red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • Heat air fryer to 370°F for at least 3 minutes.
  • Whisk together oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Add Brussels sprouts and stir until they are well coated in the sauce.
  • Place Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, tossing the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and Sriacaha sauce in a small bowl. Once the sprouts are done cooking, drizzle the sauce over all of them and toss to combine.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for an extra kick. Enjoy!

Meal Prep and Storage

  • To Prep-Ahead: This recipe should be enjoyed immediately after air frying, but you can slice the Brussels sprouts the day before.
  • To Store: Seal leftovers in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 5 days.
  • To Freeze: Place in a freezer-safe airtight container and keep in the freezer for up to 8 months. These are best frozen without sauce or toppings.
  • To Reheat: Pop Brussels sprouts back into the air fryer for a few minutes, or roast them in a 350℉ oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
