- 1-4 cups almonds whole, sliced, or slivered

Roasting Almonds in the Oven
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line a large, lightly colored baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place almonds in a single layer on the sheet.
Roast whole almonds in preheated oven for 9-12 minutes, sliced almonds for 6-8 minutes, and slivered almonds for 7-9 minutes. Stir nuts halfway through to prevent burning.
Toasting Almonds in a Pan
Heat a medium to large, non-stick dry skillet over medium-low heat.
Add no more than 1 cup of almonds to the skillet in a single layer.
Toast sliced and slivered almonds for 2-3 minutes and whole almonds for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
