heads broccoli
stems removed and cut into florets

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine butter, oil, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine.
Place broccoli florets in a gallon-sized zip-top bag. Add honey-soy sauce and toss until well combined.
Line a
large baking sheet
with
parchment paper
or aluminum foil. Spread broccoli out evenly on sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 14-16 minutes. Enjoy!

*Use maple syrup and olive oil to make this recipe vegan.
