Honey Oven Roasted Broccoli Recipe

Oven roasted broccoli gets tossed in a sweet and tangy sauce full of honey, garlic, and oil.  This easy roasted broccoli recipe is a quick, healthy, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-carb, and Paleo side dish for busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  • 2 heads broccoli stems removed and cut into florets
  • 2 Tbsp. butter* melted, or olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce** gluten-free
  • 1 Tbsp. honey*
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp. salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Combine butter, oil, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Place broccoli florets in a gallon-sized zip-top bag. Add honey-soy sauce and toss until well combined.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread broccoli out evenly on sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 14-16 minutes. Enjoy!

Notes

*Use maple syrup and olive oil to make this recipe vegan.
**Use coconut liquid aminos if Paleo or soy-free.
